What will you do?
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions against defined quality standards
- Conduct quality assessments and audits
- Identify performance trends and areas for improvement
- Provide structured and actionable feedback
- Support coaching and calibration sessions
- Prepare and analyse quality reports and KPIs
- Work closely with Operations, Training, and other internal teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements
Candidate profile
- Previous experience as a Quality Analyst within a BPO or Contact Centre environment is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide constructive and structured feedback
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and performance data
- Native or fluent French and Flemish
- C2 level of English
