Position: Technical Operations Analyst
Location: Belgrade, SRB

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Data Review and Analysis
• Conduct a detailed review of all incidents recorded, identifying patterns and areas that indicate potential for improvement in services.
• Historical Data Comparison
• Compare current incident data with historical records from previous years, identifying patterns, anomalies, and shifts to contextualize project performance.
• Data Visualization
• Develop engaging and informative visual representations (e.g., charts, dashboards) that allow stakeholders to easily interpret incident trends, root causes, and recommendations.
• Trend Analysis and Reporting
• Track and document changes in incident counts over time, analyze root causes for any fluctuations, and categorize issues by type, frequency, and impact.
• Narrative Reporting and Storytelling
• Create narrative reports that effectively tell the story behind the data, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for maintenance improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Present findings to project stakeholders, ensuring that all insights, visualizations, and recommended actions are clearly understood and aligned with project objectives.
• Improvement Recommendations
• Develop a set of actionable recommendations based on incident analysis to proactively reduce incident frequency and improve preventive maintenance measures.
• Collaboration and Feedback Loop
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and project management, to validate findings and incorporate feedback into preventive strategies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to manage time effectively and can work independently
• Adaptable to changes with a sense of urgency and works well with a team / key team members
• Detailed, focused, and well-organized; able to handle multiple assignments at hand
• Data analytics to identify trends in reported failure rates and SCMY rates
• Design and own KPI associated to client success and shape technical aspects while optimizing the business operations
