- Champion operational excellence, creating scalable processes, performance metrics, and best practices that improve partner experience and support ecosystem growth.
- Partner with sales and commercialization teams to accelerate go-to-market success, increasing partner adoption, pipeline generation, and revenue opportunities.
- Remove barriers and drive execution, proactively managing partner priorities, timelines, and business milestones to ensure successful launches and lasting business impact.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, business development, channel programs, account management, or customer success.
- Experience managing technology partnerships, ISVs, SaaS platforms, integrations, or partner ecosystems.
- Experience managing business relationships throughout the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, integration coordination, go-to-market planning, and ongoing partner management.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Technical Integrations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to manage partner expectations, timelines, and competing business priorities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, operational execution, and process improvement.
It’s a bonus if you have

- Experience within restaurant technology, hospitality technology, retail technology, POS, payments, or SaaS platforms.
