The Performance Manager BI for IFM is responsible for driving performance excellence and maximizing operational efficiency across multiple facilities within a designated region. This role plays a crucial part in utilizing data and analytics to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement. The Performance Manager BI collaborates with cross-functional teams, leveraging technology solutions, and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve key business objectives.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across the region.
Collaborate with facility managers and operations teams to establish performance improvement plans and drive accountability.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable performance insights to senior management and operations teams.
Business Intelligence and Analytics:
Gather, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards and reports to track performance, operational trends, and business indicators.
Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in a simplified and impactful manner.
Identify and implement innovative analytical techniques to uncover new business opportunities and provide data-driven solutions to operational challenges.
Technology and Tools Implementation:
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify and implement technology solutions for efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Evaluate and recommend suitable performance management and business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on the effective use of performance management and BI tools and systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating performance review meetings, identifying areas of improvement, and developing action plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, standardize processes, and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with facility managers and operations teams to establish and track progress towards performance objectives and improvement targets.
Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and practices to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Specialist's degree or Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in performance management, business intelligence, or data analytics roles, preferably within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other relevant tools.
Experience in performance management methodologies, metrics, and performance reporting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams.
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
