Full-time Assistant Regional Property Manager
Location: South Central Pennsylvania
Are you an organized, energetic leader with a passion for affordable housing? Monarch Management Group (MMG) is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Regional Property Manager to support our Site Managers and communities across South Central PA.

What You’ll Do:
- Support & Empower Teams: Oversee, guide, and train Site Managers across our South Central PA affordable housing properties.
- Keep Operations Smooth: Partner with property staff, residents, regulatory agencies, and vendors to maintain strong, welcoming communities.
- Manage Priorities: Balance day-to-day property needs, compliance deadlines, and team goals with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Affordable Housing Experience: 3+ years in property management, with working knowledge of LIHTC, USDA Rural Development, or Section 8 programs.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of supporting, training, and encouraging staff.
- Tech & Communication Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Yardi software, and cloud document systems, paired with warm, professional communication.
- Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills, great problem-solving abilities, and a dependable, team-first mindset.
- Mobility & Site Coverage: Candidates must possess a dependable vehicle and demonstrate the flexibility to travel between assigned property sites as operationally needed.
