Job Description:

The Finance & Accounting Sr. Accounting Assistance is mainly responsible for processing manual billing for Europe's SAT related transactions.  Monitors and makes follow up to ensure open items are cleared on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Timely, Complete and Accurate Processing of manual billing for SAT related transactions
• Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in SAT based on the audit findings
• Resolving Issues or concerns of countries
• Back up for other staff in case on leave
• Other ad hoc jobs that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Business Administration preferably Accounting Graduate
• With at least 1 years working experience in Accounting preferably in Billing or Reconciliation
• Good communication and written skills in English
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Access
• Keen to details, analytical and can work with minimum supervision
• Committed, dependable and dedicated to providing high-quality output on a timely manner
