Overview
Manufacture product batches and QC release of In Vitro Diagnostic and Research Use Only Reagent Kits in Biological Safety Laboratory. . Analytical testing of reagent kits (LC-MS, UV, KF, LC etc.) to support product release including but not limited to finished product testing, raw material testing and in process testing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a regulatory-compliant manner at all times. · Product release testing- Value Assignment and Value Confirmation (QC) of materials in an efficient and compliant manner. · Review and create technical reports and documents within deadlines. · Provides on-market support to the Clinical Business Unit as required- responsible for supporting products on market with respect to investigations and process changes. · Implement Continuous Improvement activities to improve Quality, Cost, Cycle Time and Productivity of products. · Lead and execute technical protocols to improve the process and products.
Qualifications
Education:
A degree in a scientific subject with a strong chemistry component.
