- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Attend occasional meetings or training sessions outside of the regular work schedule as needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and working in an open-kitchen environment.
- Comfortable engaging guests in conversation while preparing and serving food.
- Friendly, positive, energetic, and confident interacting with a variety of guests.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Previous retail, sales, food service, cooking, or demonstration experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, are preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that requires the ability to stand for several hours at a time and regularly bend, reach, squat, kneel, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions. The position may also require climbing ladders and moving merchandise or supplies using carts.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t just a kitchen position, and it isn’t just a retail position. It’s an opportunity to combine cooking, creativity, sales, and guest interaction. If you enjoy sharing food with others, talking about recipes and products, and creating an experience that makes people want to try something new, we’d love to hear from you.
