  • Ordering and receiving supplies as required
  • Assisting with health, safety and emergency documentation
  • Providing classroom/relief support when required by the Service Manager
  • Assisting with projects and other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the service

The role requires a high level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy early learning environment.

About You

  • Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with families and team members
  • Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work independently and use initiative

  • Experienced in administration, preferably within early childhood education or a similar service environment
  • Passionate about providing exceptional service to children, families and the wider centre team

Experience with Xap, Workday or another child management system will be highly regarded.

What You'll Need
