Who you are:

As a Loan Post Closing Specialist I, you are key support. You will be responsible for performing system check backs to verify information on the loan system. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do: 

• Perform system check back to verify information on the loan system against the Shaw system
• Maintain the loan system to correct rates, schedules, codes, or addresses
• Set up tracking systems for exceptions, insurance, ARM adjustments, and any other items needed to be tracked.
• Prep loan packages for imaging
• Perform various filings with the county or state for items such as UCC's, Deeds of Trust, Warranty Deeds, extensions, liens
• Research loans concerning inquiries about exceptions and errors
• Perform adjustments and maintenance to the Shaw loan system
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Ability to work as a team player
• Organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle large volumes of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of loan documentation, general ledger, and collateral perfection
• Experience in Commercial and Real Estate Loan documentation
• Experience with Laser Pro and the Shaw Loan system
