Overview

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will operate as a central FP&A partner within the finance organization. You will manage reporting cycles, drive analytical excellence, and support commercial and operational decision‑making across markets/HQ. 

The role combines financial consolidation, performance reporting, cost analysis, data‑driven insights, and Power BI ownership.

Reporting to: Regional FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global A&M process, including governance of frozen A&M funds, execution of the A&M Cut process, and delivery of other central A&M reporting. Ensure alignment with global FP&A and provide clear insights to support commercial investment decisions.
  • Provide structured data, reporting, and performance insights to Marketing management to strengthen investment decisions, campaign effectiveness reviews, and category performance.
  • Act as a commercial business partner to the markets, driving commercial business cases and supporting cost‑saving assessments financial validation of key initiatives to enhance market performance and profitability.
  • Monthly of financial results and KPI performance for senior management.
  • Support consolidation of latest estimates across markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with market leaders and global FP&A.
  • Support customer contribution analysis to strengthen commercial decision‑making and profitability assessments.
  • Cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI datasets, models, and dashboards, ensuring data quality, performance, and usability.
  • Support the Regional FP&A Manager with data analysis, consolidation routines, and Power BI maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical capability.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Control, FP&A, or analytical finance roles in an international environment.
  • Strong affinity for automation, data quality, and process optimization.
  • Excellent command of Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel; experience with Power Pivot is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Hands‑on mindset, high attention to detail, and resilience in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
