Description
The Fleet Tire Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of new and retreaded commercial truck tires, along with related products and services, across assigned Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center locations.
Work Location: 100% remote; must be based in New York with local travel required at least 3 to 4 days per week (40 to 60% of the time).

What You’ll Do
Promote Goodyear products and programs, highlighting the Total Goodyear Program’s competitive value.
Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies.
Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.
Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities.
Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers.
Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs.
Provide timely, accurate product guidance and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years old.
Direct selling experience in a business to business (B2B) environment.
Experience managing a sales team in business to business (B2B) environment.
Have a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
An understanding of commercial tire product applications and experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is desired.

$70,955.00 - $131,774.00
However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
