What You Will Do
As a leader within Accenture's Talent Reinvention practice, you will help shape workforce transformation and HR Reinvention, embedded by AI, for some of the largest organizations in Mexico.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (CHROs, CEOs, and Business Leaders), identifying business challenges and designing organizational, workforce, and digital transformation solutions.
- Lead the full consultative sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and business development through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop compelling technical and commercial proposals, including scope definition, effort estimation, project planning, and pricing.
- Lead Workforce Reinvention, new technologies / AI Adoption and Upskilling initiatives, helping organizations successfully implement and scale AI-driven solutions.
- Design and execute Change Management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, effective communication, workforce readiness, and sustainable adoption.
- Support HR transformation programs, operating model redesign, and digital workforce initiatives.
- Expand strategic accounts and develop new business opportunities while building long-term trusted client relationships.
- Lead complex transformation programs, including Post-Merger Integration (PMI), organizational transformation, and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Mexico, Latin America, and global Accenture networks to deliver innovative client outcomes.
Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong business development and sales capabilities, with a track record of originating and growing consulting opportunities.
- Executive-level communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and results-oriented approach with a focus on value creation and measurable business impact.
- Ability to work effectively in both local and international environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI solutions, AI adoption strategies, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and frameworks (Prosci ADKAR preferred).
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, or related methodologies.
- Previous experience with global consulting firms (Big Four, strategy consulting, or leading transformation consultancies).
- Experience leading international or cross-border transformation programs.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

For a Mexico-based Principal/Managing Director-level position, I would recommend explicitly adding:
- Experience selling and delivering transformation programs within the Mexican market and/or Latin America.
