Order Management Specialist

Responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accurate order execution, timely delivery, proactive issue resolution, and seamless coordination across stakeholders to maintain efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Your role:

• Coordinate and oversee manual and automated sales orders across multiple channels, including returns, ensuring end-to-end visibility and successful order fulfillment.
• Resolve non-standard order flows and exceptions by identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Monitor order activity, receipts, and status updates while providing accurate and transparent information to stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Manage the full administrative lifecycle of sales orders, from order intake through recognition, ensuring accurate processing, record integrity, and operational continuity.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, process returns, credits, debits, and free-of-charge transactions, while preventing escalations and maintaining efficient order management operations.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Posses +2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar areas with Vocational Education; no prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree, but preferably having understanding in Supply Chain Management, Order Management or similar fields.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, business acumen, and data analysis skills to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
• May be required to work overtime and/or during Panamanian holidays, based on business &/or departmental needs.
• Capable of communicating effectively using the English language.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in-office role.
