Seeking a skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This position involves handling New York Workers Compensation claims, managing a caseload of approximately 110-115 claims, and addressing litigation as needed. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 110-115 New York Workers Compensation claims.
• Handle claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and avoiding penalties.
• Address litigation on claims as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow through on diary tasks, not relying solely on email communication.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active New York Workers Compensation Adjuster license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling New York Workers Compensation claims.
• Experience with New Jersey and Pennsylvania Workers Compensation claims is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Commitment to adhering to diary tasks and regulatory requirements.
