Our client is a growing digital platform seeking a creative professional to develop engaging visual and written content for digital and social media channels.

Job Overview

The Creative Content Creator will manage end-to-end content creation, including graphic design, copywriting, campaign content, and social media assets while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, in-app platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
• Write and adapt content in Sinhala and English for social media, in-app messaging, and promotions.
• Proofread and ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate brand tone.
• Plan and maintain content calendars and production schedules.
• Create and maintain reusable creative templates and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product teams on content requirements.
• Adapt creative content based on engagement and campaign performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of content according to campaign schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or graphic design, preferably with a digital/social media focus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong written communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Good understanding of social media formats, specifications, and content trends.
• Strong attention to detail in design, typography, layout, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and copywriting skills is required.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills will be an advantage.
