Perks of becoming a Rhino:

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good planning and estimating skills with a demonstrable track record in high-change, multi-discipline environments
Ability to prepare reports, analysis, and business correspondence
Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification (Plus)
Technical knowledge (architecture, programming, network, protocols, recovery methods, system failure handling) (Plus)
Availability for Hybrid model, 3 times a week based in Porto
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
