Position Description
The Workplace Experience Coordinator serves as the steward of Evergreen's workplace experience, creating and maintaining an exceptional environment for employees, candidates, and visitors. Reporting to the Human Resources team, this role owns the day-to-day workplace experience while supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, and company events. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating positive experiences for others, building relationships across the organization, and ensuring employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected throughout their time at Evergreen.
Duties And Responsibilities
Employee Experience & HR Support
- Coordinate candidate interviews and communications to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Support onboarding activities, including new hire preparation, workspace setup, orientation logistics, and onboarding communications.
- Coordinate employee communications, including company announcements, event promotions, reminders, and other internal communications.
- Support HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, recognition efforts, and other projects that strengthen the employee experience.
Workplace Experience & Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a welcoming, organized, and functional workplace for employees, candidates, and visitors.
- Oversee office supply, pantry, beverage, and snack inventory, coordinating purchases and restocking as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors, building management, and service providers, including coordinating deliveries, maintenance, and office repairs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and the overall employee experience.
Events & Culture
- Support planning and execution of company events, including sourcing venues, catering, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, event planning, human resources coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related workplace technology tools.
- Experience coordinating events, managing vendors, and supporting employee-facing programs preferred.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000
The above represents the expected base salary range for this role. Exact compensation is determined by level of experience and other job-related factors.
