This position reports to:
R&D Team Lead__
Key responsibilities
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Designing components and parts using CAD software
- Setting up test arrangements and fixtures for prototype evaluation
- Conducting laboratory testing and experimental activities
- Supporting projects through documentation and research activities
- Limited flexibility for remote work due to the hands-on and production-related nature of the role
Qualifications for the role
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with CAD software, proficient use of Microsoft 365 applications, and knowledge of engineering materials are considered an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Interest in experimental work, the analysis of technical challenges, and laboratory activities
- Ability to independently familiarize oneself with new technologies and processes
- Solution-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
