Brand Manager - Pharma

As a Brand Manager, Pharma, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets for a specific Pharma portfolio through the development and execution of effective brand strategies. You will lead marketing plans, manage promotional activity and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand Strategy and Portfolio Management
Develop and implement brand and marketing plans to achieve strategic and financial objectives
Contribute to strategic and operational decisions for the assigned Pharma portfolio
Plan and manage innovative medicine brands, with oncology experience highly regarded
Support launch strategy development and portfolio execution
Marketing and Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver promotional materials, events, conferences and other marketing activities
Deliver on marketing operational responsibilities
Work collaboratively across a broad range of key stakeholders
Engage and align internal cross-functional, regional and global partners
Communicate effectively to attract, lead and motivate stakeholders and align them with global strategy and vision
Market, Financial and Commercial Insight
Conduct market research to gain insights into portfolio needs
Use analytical skills to synthesise internal and external data and adapt portfolio strategy accordingly
Manage promotional budgets, forecasting and tactical planning to maximise return on investment
Apply strong business and financial acumen to support portfolio performance
Navigate decision-making processes in complex organisations
Governance and Compliance
Ensure consistent adherence to company corporate policies, values and standards
Operate within all applicable laws, regulations and compliance frameworks
Demonstrate high levels of corporate maturity, leadership and sound judgement
Bring an entrepreneurial, proactive and “can do” mindset to portfolio management
What You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Biological or Medical Sciences, or equivalent knowledge and experience desirable
Prior solid experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing
Proven ability to plan and manage innovative medicine brands
Experience in strategic and analytical thinking, including launch strategy
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High level of business and financial acumen
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of internal and external compliance requirements
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong leadership capability
