Designation - Team Lead MRO
1. Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or higher (Full-time). Part-time/Correspondence degrees are not eligible.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with significant prior experience in leading application engineering and contract management functions.
3. Technical Skills: Expertise in control valve applications, project management, and commercial terms & conditions.
Product specifications, codes and standards. Legal requirements (API Monogram, IBR, PED, ATEX, MD, SIL, CUTR, SCOMET, etc.
Determination & Review of customer Requirements. Material specification, Special process. Application Engineering, Contracts Engineering, Sizing Software, Instrumentation.
Time and Task management.
Knowledge in Standardization and General Arrangement drawing. Knowledge in manufacturing processes, material testing, NDE.
Knowledge in API 6A Choke and API 6A PSL & PR requirements. Control of documents and records.
Knowledge in Electrical and Electrohydraulic Bought out Actuators and Accessories.
4. Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and ERP systems.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Application Team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Allocate tasks and set priorities for the team to ensure effective handling of customer inquiries and orders.
Enquiry Review:
- Oversee the review, interpretation, and processing of customer inquiries.
- Ensure that team members collect and verify all necessary details for quote preparation.
- Evaluate technical specifications and assess factors affecting cost, delivery, and compliance.
- Ensure that legal requirements for products are met based on destination country and product type.
Sizing & Selection:
- Supervise the selection, sizing, and pricing of valves, actuators, and spares according to customer requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on application engineering and quotation preparation.
Customer Coordination:
- Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial offers and prompt responses to customer queries.
- Lead participation in customer meetings and facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams.
Monitor Progress:
- Track the progress of submitted offers and ensure accurate updates in the ERP system.
- Prepare and submit quote and order forecast reports.
- Oversee the handover of order files to the contracts team.
- Progress A3 Strategy for the region progress and MDI progress
Document Submission and Customer Coordination:
- Ensure timely submission of contractual documents and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with customers, field sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Liaise with customers and third-party inspectors for inspections.
