About the Role
Responsible for providing guidance and advisory on risks and controls in operational risk related areas such as distribution, regulatory compliance, financial and operational processes, and systems and information securityJob Responsibilities:
Ensure the team to process all compliance screening that are outsourced to the department according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.
Assist in the implementation of an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Framework to ensure compliance with AML regulations and Group Compliance policies.
To carry out screening and reviewing activities in order to ensure compliance with regulatory and AIA HK requirements and to reduce any reputational, legal and financial risk.
Provide support to liaise with Hong Kong team and ensure their requests and queries are promptly responded.
Assist to oversee the operations team in OSS office and ensure they are well-coordinated. Issues are promptly escalated to key Management where appropriate.
Ensure task assigned are being processed accurately with prudent risk assessment being performed and within the agreed TAT and Quality as documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business partner.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, Professional Degree, Insurance or Financial related qualifications.
Possess experience in group insurance or life insurance operations will be an advantage.
Details oriented, Self-motivated and customer orientated.
Must be a good team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organization skills.
Good PC skills.
Proficient in both Chinese and English.
Proficient in traditional Chinese reading and writing will be an advantage.
Willing to work in IOI City Mall, Tower 1, Putrajaya.
The role is required following Hong Kong working calendar.
