Data Governance Analyst II

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data governance operations, data quality management, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain metadata, data documentation, and governance repositories.
• Monitor governance metrics and reporting to ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Drive process improvements and support governance best practices.
• Lead and develop a small team while managing governance deliverables.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Operations, or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
• Database management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and team handling experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
