Description

About us
We’re a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole. This means we often do things differently. Since we began in 2015, we’ve made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it’s had a profound impact on their lives. Supporting more than 300 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.

The role
In this newly developed role, you will be working across the organisation, playing a crucial role in providing administration support to the Housing Solutions Team. This will include assisting in asset purchasing and coordination of new home setups and working closely with the Property Coordinator to support some aspects of health and safety management (evacuation planning, testing and audits) and coordination of maintenance and repairs.

The role requires the incumbent to be technically astute to use a variety of platforms to record assets, track maintenance requests, along with having strong written communication skills to contribute to policies and reports.

Supporting the Housing Solutions Team, this role will support complex situations with discretion, require some flexibly to support as situations arise and have the confidence to work both as part of a team and individually to achieve organisational and client goals.
