Inside the Role
Administers, audits, and reviews time and attendance system transactions, including employee time, access updates, table maintenance, pay adjustments, attendance reporting, leave accruals, and employee data management. Coordinates employee transactions with Payroll and Workforce Administration, investigates and resolves payroll discrepancies, processes shift and rate changes, and provides labor and headcount reporting to plant leadership and union management. The role also serves as a key resource for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.Our team partners across multiple locations throughout the United States to support payroll and workforce administration processes while delivering excellent customer service. Position offers a starting salary range of $58,000 - $75,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Administers, audits, and reviews time and attendance system transactions, including transmitting employee time, updating employee access, and maintaining system tables.
- Administers the processing of transactions within time and attendance systems and coordinates employee transactions with Payroll and Workforce Administration teams.
- Processes pay adjustments and corrections, investigate discrepancies, and resolve employee payroll and timekeeping issues.
- Maintains leave accrual balances, coordinates holiday calendars within time and attendance systems, and processes attendance-related transactions and reporting.
- Processes shift assignments, labor pool and workstation changes, and pay rate adjustments.
- Provides labor, attendance, and headcount reporting to plant leadership, controllers, and union management.
- Maintains employee HR/Payroll records and personnel files in accordance with company policies.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for employee payroll, timekeeping, and benefits-related questions, as well as authorized requests from external vendors.
- Collaborates with team members across multiple locations throughout the United States to support consistent processes and exceptional customer service.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, Kaizen events, process standardization efforts, and problem-solving activities to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred in Customer Service and/or HR generalist or related field experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation of payroll and timekeeping data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations, communicating process improvements, and presenting data and operational metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player approach to problem solving and thinking strategically to find opportunities for improvements is required.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple locations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and process standardization efforts.
- Experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM/Kronos), including timekeeping, attendance management, scheduling, accruals, and workforce administration.
- Experience with Workday, including employee data management, personnel transactions, and HR/payroll processes.
