Responsibilities
- Preparing charts, review the chart, organize daily meetings
- Address patient’s concern
- Follow-up on patients
- Offer solutions to the concerns
- Review the treatment plans set by the dentist
- Collect information related to the oral problem to the patient
- Carry out form filling procedures with the new patients
- Help the dentist with the treatment plans
- Check on patients after the initial treatment
- Mail necessary materials to new patients
- Front Desk / Receptionist responsibilities
Skills
- Minimum 2 Years Proven experience as an Patient Treatment Coordinator. Strong front desk candidates will be considered.
- Dental Industry experience required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Salary is commensurate with experience; starting at $20 / hr
