Ready to lead a radical, high-velocity transformation of an enterprise go-to-market engine? Trimble is looking for a visionary executive to architect our Agentic-First Marketing Technology and Operations capability center and reshape how we connect with customers globally.
What Makes This Role Great: You will drive the shift from legacy marketing automation to a cutting-edge Agentic-First Architecture. In this role, you will build, deploy, and operationalize an enterprise multi-agent AI framework where autonomous AI agents co-execute campaigns and optimize revenue opportunities alongside world-class marketing talent.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Design and deploy custom agentic AI workflows and LLM orchestrations to automate demand chain execution and personalized content delivery.
Architect, rationalize, and modernize our global MarTech stack including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce MCE, Snowflake, CDP, and 6sense to build a unified customer data backbone.
Oversee global campaign operations and audience management, delivering high-velocity multi-channel execution and global localization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Partner with Enterprise IT, Sales Operations, and Product teams to build clean customer data pipelines, optimize lead routing, and accelerate conversion rates.
Lead and elevate a multidisciplinary team across Marketing Platforms, Transformation, Activation Services, and Revenue Operations under our Target Operating Model.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven leadership experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations within B2B Enterprise SaaS environments.
Track record of leading global, multidisciplinary teams including offshore agency partners and contractors.
Deep technical mastery of enterprise CRMs (Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), CDPs, and ABM platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI or Agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom LLM APIs.
Strategic executive communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture and operational ROI to senior stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
Experience inside enterprise SaaS software organizations specializing in AECO, Industrial, or Enterprise B2B markets.
Prosci or equivalent professional Change Management certification.
