The Division works closely with property owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other City departments to facilitate development while ensuring compliance with the California Building Standards Code, City ordinances, and other applicable regulations.
As Menifee continues to experience significant residential, commercial, and industrial growth, the Building and Safety Division is managing an increasingly complex workload involving large development projects, permit processing, plan review, inspection services, technology improvements, consultant contracts, fee programs, and customer service initiatives. The Division is also focused on improving processes and utilizing technology to provide a more efficient, transparent, and customer-focused permitting experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
