As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Coordination in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate setting, you will be the welcoming presence for tenants and visitors, support access control, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain a professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when directed.
• Answer phones, provide directions and building information, and communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
