Description
As a Front Office Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the administrative/dispatch team for our Lebanon, NH District. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring confidential activities that support the district towards overall success.

Your Responsibilities:
Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects
Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research
Ensure proper customer follow-up
Processing daily deposits
Handling customer escalations
Supporting the Input team to meet their billing obligations.
You will be the face of the company for all visitors, assuring all customers and visitors are greeted properly

Your Experience:
Post-secondary education, certificate program in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity
The expected hourly range for this position is $23.00-$28.75. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills
