Your Day-to-Day

  • Design & deliver training – Develop and conduct teacher onboarding and development programs covering teaching methods, classroom management, lesson delivery, and student engagement.
  • Coach & develop teachers – Conduct teaching observations, provide actionable feedback, and coach teachers to improve classroom performance.
  • Develop training materials – Create training materials, teaching guidelines, and best-practice resources to support effective teaching delivery.
  • Identify development needs – Assess teacher capability gaps and design targeted development programs based on individual and team needs.
  • Support curriculum implementation – Guide teachers in effectively implementing the curriculum and learning materials in the classroom.
  • Monitor & improve training effectiveness – Track teacher development, evaluate training outcomes, and collaborate with Curriculum and Academic teams to continuously improve teacher development programs.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin/Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Mandarin teacher, teacher trainer, academic trainer, or similar role, with experience teaching children and/or teenagers.
  • Strong Mandarin proficiency (HSK 6/equivalent or native-level preferred) and good English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Mandarin teaching methodologies, pedagogy, classroom management, and age-appropriate learning approaches.
  • Proven experience in teacher training, facilitation, coaching, and teaching observation, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in education institutions, learning centers, or teacher performance/development programs is preferred.
