Competently mix products according to applicable SOPs in order to meet the daily production plan.

Batches of products are mixed according to the applicable recipes and meet product specifications.

-        Clean the mixing equipments and surrounding area (as per GMP & Food Safety requirements)

-        CIP the tanks and Fillers according to the specific requirements.

-        Do visual inspections inside tanks before starting batch making

-        Inform QC to take swabs after CIP

-        Complete CIP check-sheets

-        Audit material against shop floor order and rectify discrepancies with Issuer and sign

-        Receive (batch) raw material from stores

-        Download recipes from system and load information according to the shop floor order and plan

-        Compare  shop floor order with the recipes

-        Connect swing band properly to avoid contamination of products.

-        Report any discrepancies to the Process Controller

-        Record the batches on the batch control book

-        Take samples of product to QC

-        Do the necessary adjustments as per QC results
