Position Overview
The Traveling Trainer is a key member of the FACE FOUNDRIÉ franchise support team, responsible for delivering hands-on training, coaching, and operational support to franchise locations across the system.
This role ensures franchise partners and their teams are confident, knowledgeable, and aligned with Face FOUNDRIE’s brand standards, guest experience, service protocols, and operating procedures.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Esthetician and passionate educator who thrives on the road, builds strong relationships, and can translate brand standards into consistent execution at the studio level.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to new and existing franchise locations to provide hands-on training and ongoing support.
Lead onboarding and opening training for new franchise teams.
Train and coach Estheticians and studio teams on FACE FOUNDRIÉ services, protocols, products, guest experience, and brand standards.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and service training.
Conduct refresher training and identify opportunities for continued team development.
Partner with franchise owners and studio leaders to strengthen operational consistency and team performance.
Observe service delivery and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
Complete Store Visits + Quality Checks as needed
Reinforce FACE FOUNDRIÉ policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support new studio openings, including pre-opening training and launch support.
Identify training gaps and communicate trends and opportunities to the corporate team.
Help develop and improve training materials, tools, and resources.
Serve as a brand ambassador and culture carrier while working with franchise teams.
Provide follow-up coaching and support after on-site training visits.
Qualifications
Must hold a current, active Esthetician license in good standing.
3+ years of experience as a licensed Esthetician, preferably within skincare, beauty, wellness, or a related service environment.
Previous experience as a trainer, educator, manager, or multi-unit support professional preferred.
Strong knowledge of professional skincare, facial services, treatment protocols, and client experience.
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to confidently train both individuals and groups.
Passion for education, skincare, wellness, and the brand.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
Comfortable working independently and traveling up to 60%.
Ability to provide feedback in a positive, motivating, and solutions-oriented way.
