We are seeking a skilled Oracle Tuxedo Administrator to manage, support, and optimize mission-critical Oracle Tuxedo middleware environments. The candidate will be responsible for the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Tuxedo-based applications running on Linux/Unix platforms. This role requires strong expertise in middleware administration, performance tuning, and high-availability environments.

What you will be responsible for

·        Maintain Oracle Tuxedo environments.

·        Perform startup, shutdown, deployment, and configuration activities using Tuxedo utilities.

·        Monitor application health, server performance, and middleware infrastructure.

·        Analyze application and system logs to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

·        Perform performance analysis and tuning of Tuxedo services and middleware components.

·        Implement and maintain High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

·        Participate in change management and production release processes.

·        Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and DevOps practices.

Tuxedo command-line utilities (tmboot, tmshutdown, tmadmin, tmconfig)

Log analysis and troubleshooting

Middleware performance tuning

High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts

Good to have skills

Oracle WebLogic

Oracle Tuxedo SALT

Tuxedo Domain Gateway configuration

Message Queuing (Tuxedo/Q)

Python or Perl scripting

Autosys, Control-M, or enterprise scheduling tools

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
