Job Summary
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Liaison who can bring people, processes, technology, and insights together to help advance our Digital Experience priorities. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work across teams to strengthen the experiences of financial professionals and associates, support strategic initiatives, and help prepare the organization for what’s next.
This is an opportunity for a curious, relationship-focused problem solver who enjoys navigating across functions, identifying opportunities, and creating meaningful improvements. You won’t simply support the work. You’ll help connect it, influence it, and move it forward.
Build trusted partnerships with leaders, associates, vendors, and business partners across the organization.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that influence financial professional experiences, associate experiences, and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational effectiveness, and create better experiences.
Support organizational readiness and adoption for new tools, processes, technologies, and strategic initiatives.
Gather and analyze feedback, trends, and data to identify insights and recommend actionable improvements.
Connect teams, ideas, and priorities to strengthen alignment and communication across Digital Experience.
Explore innovative solutions, including automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
Help initiatives maintain momentum by coordinating efforts, influencing outcomes, and driving follow-through.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support shared goals and successful execution.
What We Are Looking For
Three or more years of experience in financial services, operations, customer service, technology support, business support, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
The ability to evaluate information, recognize patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and maintaining progress toward shared outcomes.
Location: Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid in-office 3 days/week
Salary Range: $65,000-80,000
