enabling data integrity, scalable data solutions, and insightful business
analysis to support informed decision-making across the customer journey growth
space. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in analytics,
Data Products, Data Engineering, SQL, PySpark, and Tableau with strong business
understanding. The role works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional
teams to delivered-to-end data-driven solutions, including data pipelines, data
models, governed datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Passionately
solve business problems through data, insights, and clear business
storytelling. Write, interpret, and optimize complex SQL queries across disparate data sources to provide ad hoc analysis and decision support to stakeholders. Design,
build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical data models using
modern Data Engineering principles. Contribute
to the development and enhancement of enterprise Data Products, ensuring
reliable, governed, reusable, and business-ready datasets. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate requirements into analytical solutions, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations. Perform technical data analysis and create datasets that describe business questions, operational processes, and customer journey performance. Analyze operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and cause-and-effect relationships between key business drivers. Perform statistical analysis on various datasets to derive actionable insights and improve business outcomes. Translate complex data into useful insights to support critical business decisions and inform operational actions. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting, dashboarding, and analytical datasets. Automate manual activities, improve data quality controls, and bring productivity improvements to data workflows. Build, publish, and maintain interactive Tableau reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into key business metrics. Partner
with Data Product, Data Engineering, Reporting, and Analytics teams to
strengthen governed self-service reporting capabilities. Support
Agile delivery cycles, including requirement clarification, backlog refinement,
testing, rollout, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. With 3 to 8 years of relevant applied work experience in data analytics, business
intelligence, data engineering, data products or quantitative analysis. Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources, including collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and synthesizing data. Strong
analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a passion for deriving
measurable business value from data. Hands-on experience and in-depth technical knowledge of SQL programming and database
concepts. Hands-on
experience with self-service BI and visualization tools, preferably Tableau,
including dashboard design, publishing, and performance optimization. Experience building or working with Data Products, including dataset ownership, governance, data modeling, quality checks, metadata, and lifecycle management. Experience in Data Engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines , data transformation, orchestration, performance optimization, and reusable data assets. Experience extracting, transforming, and modeling datasets using database queries and big data environments such as Hadoop, Spark, Databricks , or similar platforms. Programming experience with PySpark mandatory, and exposure to Python and/or Java
preferred. Experience designing dimensional models, data marts, curated datasets, or analytical layers for reporting and business consumption. Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, data lineage, and secure data access principles. Experience managing Agile implementation cycles, rollouts, stakeholder engagement, and delivery tracking. Self-motivated,
