Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous evaluation of security measures to maintain compliance and performance, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support business needs and safeguard cloud environments effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of cloud security policies and procedures to ensure robust protection of assets.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall security expertise and capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture seamlessly into business processes and technology platforms.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Ability to document and communicate complex security controls and operational procedures clearly.
- Familiarity with cloud security operations and transition strategies.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive security initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
