Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (f/m/d) - (12 months contract with possible extension)

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions across the organisation, partnering with business units to attract and secure top talent. With a focus on quality hiring experiences and talent pipeline development, you will play a key role in supporting Julius Baer’s growth and employer brand. Immediate availability is appreciated.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer execution

• Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand talent needs and co-develop targeted, inclusive hiring strategies

• Serve as an ambassador of the Julius Baer employer brand, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders

• Build and maintain talent pools through active networking, social media, and job platforms to meet current and future hiring demands

• Maintain strong collaboration with HR and business partners across all levels of the organisation

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment

• Proven track record in high-quality, high-volume recruitment across diverse roles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)

• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar HR tools

• Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering excellent service
