Hiring Range $115,000-$140,000
Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance.
Riverside is currently seeking a Full-Time Advance Practice Provider to join our team at Riverside Shore Memorial at Onancock, Virginia.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients
- Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and support staff for integrated care
- Monitor patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
- Facilitate safe and effective discharge planning and transitions of care

Nurse Practitioners
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current or eligible Virginia Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
- National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
· Physician Assistants
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current or eligible Virginia Physician Assistant license
- National certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
· Licensure & Regulatory Requirements
- Eligible for Virginia licensure at time of hire
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred based on practice setting.
