CIAM Product Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Consumer / Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Product Delivery Manager to lead an enterprise CIAM implementation engagement. This is a senior, client-facing delivery role requiring someone who can own the full delivery lifecycle — from scoping and configuration through go-live and adoption — while serving as the primary point of contact throughout. The ideal candidate brings deep IAM/CIAM platform experience and the ability to operate confidently across both technical and executive audiences.
GCS CIAM Product Delivery Manager – Vice President Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Role is key to delivery of CIAM strategic components across State Street. Primary Location: Clifton NJ; Secondary Location: Princeton, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary delivery contact, building trusted relationships with client IT leads, stakeholders and vendors
- Conduct executive business reviews, translating deployment outcomes into measurable security and business ROI
- Feed customer insights back to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence platform roadmap
- Proactively monitor adoption health, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewal conversations
- Draft and deliver regular internal communication for CIAM initiatives to internal senior stakeholders
- Configure CIAM platform components including MFA, SSO, RBAC, JIT provisioning, and self-service identity portals
- Development of CIAM omni-channel (Digital, Voice, Paper) standard patterns
- Includes identification of and recommendations for leading digital experiences to serve as benchmarks for clients CIAM future state
- Includes anticipated emerging digital experience trends
Your team
You'll be working in the Customer Identity & Access Management Team which is part of Global Cybersecurity (GCS). This role specifically aligns with our External Authentication products, which provide solutions for clients globally. Our team consists of highly skilled technical experts across the globe. Your team has an amazing opportunity to make significant positive impact.
Your expertise:
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and executive audiences
- Clear written communication skills — runbooks, integration guides, and status reports
- 10+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM platform implementation and delivery experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale user onboarding and identity migration projects
- Strong project management capability including scope, planning, risk, and change management
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience, comfortable operating with autonomy in a client environment
- Experience at an IAM vendor, system integrator, or cybersecurity firm is a strong plus
- Good understanding of MFA, PAM and Risk Based Authentication
- Deep technical understanding of IAM solutions across multiple vendors. Like Microsoft and Okta
- Ability to work across teams

Salary Range:
$125,000 - $215,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
