REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT

WE HAVE THE ZILLOW LEADS. WE HAVE THE TRAINING. WE HAVE THE SUPPORT. WE HAVE THE SYSTEMS.

WE NEED SALESPEOPLE.

The Jennifer Kenna Home Selling Team is growing throughout Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, and Polk counties — and we’re looking for people who know how to sell, connect with people, follow up, and make things happen.

Real estate experience? Absolutely a plus.

But here’s what matters more:

Can you sell?
Are you coachable?
Will you follow up when everyone else gives up?
Do you have the drive to build a six-figure career?

WE DON'T RECRUIT YOUR PRODUCTION...

WE INVEST IN YOUR POTENTIAL.

We provide the infrastructure:

● Consistent buyer and seller opportunities
● Zillow Flex lead opportunities
● Proven sales systems and technology
● Training, coaching, and mentoring
● Transaction coordination and administrative support
● Accountability and performance coaching
● A highly productive team committed to helping you WIN

You bring the sales ability, energy, discipline, and commitment.

We'll bring the opportunity.

WHO WE WANT

We want salespeople.

People who enjoy talking to people. People who aren't afraid of the phone. People who understand that follow-up is where sales are made. People who want to be coached, held accountable, and challenged to become better.

You may already be a successful real estate agent looking for more opportunity.

You may be a newer agent with a strong sales background who simply hasn't found the right environment yet.

Either way, we're far more interested in what you're capable of becoming than what you sold last year.

Florida Real Estate License required.

If you know you can sell and you're ready for a bigger opportunity, we want to talk to you.
