Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Outpatient Ortho)
This position will be based in Kingston, NY with some local travel to sister clinics that you would be overseeing.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $120,000per year
Additional Compensation
This position is also eligible for: bonus/commission/equity/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance

Qualifications:
License as a Physical Therapist required
Proven leadership experience overseeing outpatient physical therapy clinics or comparable healthcare operations
Strong understanding of clinic operations, performance metrics, and financial management (P&L responsibility)
Ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing Clinic Directors and teams
Demonstrated success driving growth, operational excellence, and patient care quality
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
