Description
Industry: Window Shading Solutions
Location: Puchong, Selangor
Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500
Car Allowance: RM500/month
Petrol Claim: RM500/month
Toll & Parking: Claimable
Commission: 1% – 1.5%
Responsibilities
- Manage existing projects and monitor project progress and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with designers, contractors and clients.
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
- Present products and window shading solutions to clients.
- Follow up on quotations, tenders and ongoing projects.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new partners.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of Mandarin is required to communicate with relevant clients and business partners.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable with site visits and dealing with contractors/designers.
- Possess own transport.
- Experience in project sales, building materials, interior furnishing or construction-related industries is an added advantage.
