Description
Provides advanced analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of cloud-native and AI-driven solutions that enable scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. Leverages deep expertise in AWS platform engineering, automation, and modern AI frameworks to deliver innovative products and services that enhance business outcomes and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and supports AWS-based cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Builds reusable platform services, APIs, and cloud-native components that accelerate product delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Designs and implements Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks.
Integrates AI capabilities, cloud services, and enterprise platforms to enable intelligent automation and enhanced user experiences.
Partners with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and deliver high-value cloud and AI use cases.
Ensures solutions meet security, governance, compliance, reliability, and performance standards.
Participates in agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous delivery practices.
Monitors applications and platforms, resolves production issues, and implements continuous improvements.
Maintains technical documentation and contributes to engineering standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of experience designing and developing solutions on AWS.
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
Experience building Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
Experience integrating cloud and AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer certification.
Experience designing agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
Experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, responsible AI practices, and governance controls.
Experience with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and advanced RAG implementations.
Experience leveraging AWS Bedrock-hosted foundation models and AI-assisted development tools.
Exposure to marketing technology platforms, customer engagement solutions, or digital experience ecosystems.
