Aftersales Solutions Analyst II

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Manage Power BI gateways, data refreshes, source connections, and Power Automate workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and drive continuous improvements in reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, MIS, or related roles.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Experience in dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting automation.
• Knowledge of SQL-based data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Python, Informatica, or ETL tool experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
