Position Description:
Responsible for independently advancing assigned organizational development initiatives that require applied judgment, stakeholder coordination, and practical recommendations within established program areas.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Advances assigned organizational development programs, tools, and resources within established objectives and practices.
Coordinates workplans, milestones, documentation, and follow-up activities for assigned initiatives with moderate independence.
Evaluates routine to moderately complex stakeholder needs and recommends practical development, engagement, change, or organizational effectiveness solutions.
Creates communications, presentations, job aids, and related materials that support assigned program objectives.
Conducts employee and industry survey activities by coordinating timelines, gathering data, maintaining records, and preparing routine summaries.
Interprets training content, survey results, and program feedback to identify common themes and recommend targeted improvements.
Coordinates curriculum planning, attendee management, completion tracking, and development resources with cross-functional partners.
Applies organizational development practices to assigned employee engagement, employee experience, and change activities.
Maintains program records, reports, tools, and materials to support accurate administration and consistent execution.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.

Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, communications, or a related field, and five years of experience in human resources, organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement, change management, training, project coordination, or related work. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement, survey administration, change management, or project coordination practices; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, learning, analytics, or content development tools preferred; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; analytical skills; ability to evaluate information, identify common themes, and provide practical recommendations; ability to coordinate multiple assignments with competing deadlines; ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; and ability to resolve moderately complex problems using independent judgment.
