The Opportunity
Join our Quality team as a Senior Quality Specialist - PGHV, where you will play a critical role in ensuring product and process quality across manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for driving quality excellence, leading investigations and continuous improvement initiatives, and building a strong quality culture that supports operational performance and customer satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact
You will analyze quality performance data, including Scrap Rate and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and lead quality improvement initiatives.
You will lead daily quality issue investigations and drive effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
You will develop and maintain routine test instructions to ensure product compliance and consistency.
You will manage calibration programs and ensure measurement equipment reliability and accuracy.
You will establish and maintain quality systems, including Control Plans, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Digital Passport Systems.
You will conduct process audits, ensure quality procedures are implemented, and support workforce training, qualification, and assessment activities.
You will lead Gauge R&R studies, perform special tests according to Technical Delivery Instructions (TDI), and contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, D-FMEA, and P-FMEA activities.
You will resolve customer complaints, drive lesson-learned implementation, and promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

Your Background
You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Product Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, quality management systems, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Proficiency in problem-solving techniques such as 8D, DMAIC, and Fishbone Analysis, combined with strong data analysis capabilities using MS Office and Power BI.
Working as lead Auditor and CMM programming experience are advantageous.
Fluent English communication skills with proven experience in reporting, presentations, auditing, and stakeholder management.
