Position Summary...

This role drives third-party seller success and Marketplace growth by owning item and content quality, assortment health, and high-demand assortment reporting. Key responsibilities include improving Online Listing Quality (OLQ), identifying assortment opportunities, driving seller adoption of tools, and partnering across the organization to improve the customer and seller experience.

 

 

What you'll do...

This role drives third-party seller success and Marketplace growth through ownership of item and content quality, assortment health, and high-demand assortment opportunities. The role will own Online Listing Quality (OLQ) reporting across content, ratings and reviews, offer strength, and transactability, alongside assortment health and In Demand reporting to identify gaps and translate opportunities into clear seller actions.

A key part of the role is partnering with Account Management and the broader Seller Success organization to identify performance opportunities, improve key metrics, and drive seller adoption of tools and capabilities that improve listing quality, offer quality, transactability, and assortment growth. The role will provide the reporting, insights, and recommendations needed to support seller growth initiatives, key events, and digital opportunities.

The role will use data and analytics to understand performance trends, identify root causes, and prioritize the opportunities that will have the greatest impact on sellers and customers. This includes developing recurring performance reporting, measuring adoption and outcomes, and translating complex item, content, and assortment data into clear actions and recommendations for working teams and leadership.

The role will also partner with the US Item & Catalog organization, acting as a local liaison for initiatives related to Item Success, Item Experience, Spec & Discoverability, Content Quality & Integrity, and Item Relationships. The role will bring forward local seller and customer needs, support the rollout and adoption of relevant capabilities, and share local insights and learnings to help inform future solutions.

The successful candidate will combine strong ecommerce and Marketplace knowledge with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication. They will work effectively with Product, Go-to-Market, third-party solution providers, and other cross-functional partners to improve the seller and customer experience, scale effective solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role will also provide concise, executive-ready updates that translate performance, opportunities, risks, and actions into clear business narratives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, merchandising, content quality, analytics, seller success, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce listing quality, item content, ratings and reviews, offer quality, transactability, assortment health, and seller performance metrics

  • Strong proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results, recommendations, risks, and opportunities to upper leadership in multiple formats

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence teams and external partners to improve metrics and adopt new programs and tools

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting cadences, initiatives, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously

  • Self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset and strong ownership of business outcomes, metric improvement, and continuous improvement

  • Experience partnering with Product and Go-to-Market teams on technical roadmaps, tool enhancements, launches, and adoption

  • Ability to work effectively with global counterparts, third-party solution providers, and stakeholders across functions and time zones

  • Working knowledge of item and catalog capabilities across item setup and success, seller item experience, item specifications and discoverability, content quality and integrity, and product relationships such as variants, packs, bundles, and duplicates

  • Ability to translate local seller and customer pain points into quantified opportunities, product requirements, adoption plans, and actionable feedback for global Item & Catalog partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce merchandising, marketplace operations, item/content quality, catalog management, or seller success

  • Experience with Online Listing Quality (OLQ) or comparable listing-quality frameworks, including content, ratings and reviews, offer strength, and transactability

  • Familiarity with Account Management, Content, Product, Go-to-Market, and Seller Success workflows

  • Experience building executive-ready dashboards, business reviews, leadership updates, and actionable performance reporting

  • Knowledge of assortment gap analysis, high-demand assortment identification, seller adoption programs, and third-party seller solution ecosystems

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
