As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Setting up new vendor in Great Plains.
- Requesting banking information.
- Verifying banking information.
- Requesting notice of assignment.
- Closing PO’s.
- Integrations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payable is considered to be an asset.
- Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and individually.
- PC skills – Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software.
- Experience with Great Plains considered to be an asset.
