AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CONSULTANT

John Lee Nissan Mazda Mitsubishi your locally owned and operated automotive dealership in Panama City is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Consultant to join our team!

If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for automobiles, and can provide exceptional customer service while keeping repairs organized and moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle repair and service needs
• Write and manage repair orders
• Communicate repair recommendations and updates clearly to customers
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department
• Contact and work with warranty companies and extended service contract providers
• Obtain authorization for covered repairs
• Collect customer payments and close repair orders
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
• Help ensure every customer has a positive service experience
• Perform other duties as needed to support the service department

Requirements

 What We're Looking For:

• Automotive service or dealership experience preferred
• Franchise dealership experience is a plus, but NOT required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
